Yuri Drozd, Portfolio Management
Mr. Drozd's interests lie in the area of econometric and quantitative modeling of securities marketplace.
Using sophisticated mathematical and econometric apparatus, he has developed a number of
proprietary models, which have become the cornerstone of VCG's portfolio management strategy.
Mr. Drozd holds Master of Science degree in Mathematics Summa Cum Laude from Kiev State
University and an MBA degree from UC Berkeley, where he was a Price Institute Fellow.
Mr. Drozd regularly contributes to various professional publications. Mr. Drozd holds Series 65 securities
license and is a CFA Charterholder.

Vladimir Naroditsky, Research
Dr. Naroditsky has more than 28 years of experience in portfolio management and mathematical modeling of financial markets. Prior to co-founding VCG, Dr. Naroditsky has been a Financial Advisor with the Private Client Groups of Prudential Securities and UBS PaineWebber. Prior to that he has been a Full, Tenured Professor of Applied Mathematics with the California State University. Dr. Naroditsky is a CFA Charterholder, and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Denver. He is a member of the San Francisco Society of Security Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR). He is the author of more than 60 academic articles and a book on Applied Non-Linear Phenomena. Dr. Naroditsky is frequently invited to speak at seminars and conferences. Dr. Naroditsky holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.

Leonid Pinski, Finance & Compliance
Mr. Pinski has over 18 years of diversified experience in general management, financial research,
accounting and portfolio management. Prior to co-founding VCG, Mr. Pinski held a position of CFO
at ZYXEL Corporation's European regional office. He has also worked as a Financial Consultant at
Charles Schwab & Co., specializing on the issues of internal control and risk management. Mr. Pinski
holds a Master of Science in Economics Summa Cum Laude from Moscow University of Oil and Gas and
an MBA degree from UC Berkeley, where he was a Haas School of Business Fellow.
Mr. Pinski also
serves as US West Coast representative of CluMBA (a non-profit Association of Russian Speaking
MBAs from top world business schools). Mr. Pinski holds Series
65 securities license.
